My name is Tasmiya bint Shakil.
I am emailing this to inform you that I am facing alot of issues in hiring process. On 25 August I received the call for job from akshita.[protected]@accenture.com.
I accept that and gone through all the interview process and at that time i was already working with Lenskart.
Later on I cleared all the interview round/test, on 31st August she called me and confirmed that I got selected after the manger round and now they will go with the documentation process. I confirm the same and documentation process was done by abhishek.[protected]@accenture.com.
At the time of my first interview only I confirmed them that I worked in 2 companies first was zafambs India OPC Pvt ltd which is already closed because of covid lockdown issues and that company do not provide any kind is salary slip or any PF ESIC they only provided me offer letter and experience
Letter which I already submitted at the time of document verification and second company was Lenskart where I was working at that time.
Initially they haven't confirmed anything about BOG they said that we are initiating your offer letter and you DOJ will be 28/09/2022 I accepted that also I joined the virtual onboarding meeting on that day.
Now the issue is they are saying that they will revoke the offer Letter because they are unable to complete the BOG.
Now please tell me is it my fault ? I resigned my company after the conformation of HR p.bj.[protected]@accenture.com they also provided me the DOJ,
Now if the BOG was compulsory then they should have informed me about the same. On the basis of this company offer Letter I resigned my last company Lenskart and also before resigning I confirmed alot of time about DOJ and they share me the confirmation email with DOJ.
Now about the BOG I provide them the manager and CEO contact number and email ID both also provided them official email ID of that company that was small running company.
BOG department called them and said that they will not send them any email for confirmation because the Manager name Zaid is not currently working on that company but please tell me how this is possible if company is already closed then how can anyone continue working on that I already contacted that manger of that company as per them they have not received any email from BOG department for confirmation Nd BOG department is confirming HR that my last company is not sending any email.
I am literally shocked that how it is working.
I just know one thing that because of this company offer Letter and after multiple confirmations from HR only I resigned my last company and on the basis of this illogical confirmation they are sending me the email that they will revoke..
This is not going to work Hence requesting you to please do anything on priority basis.
Today i called the HR and she was actually rude as per her she is doing favour she has alot of work. I do understand but we are not mad we are continuously following up regarding the job if BGC was that much important then she should have inform us before telling me to resign my last company this is very harrassing. I don't have any hope now i have all the proof that i have the conversation and onboarding was done now requesting you to resolve this ASAP otherwise i have to go legal for my loss.
