Accenture India — Unable to access action item link in countdown accenture portal

I have received email regarding Upload Documents on Accenture link and countdown Accenture link but I am not able to open the countdown Accenture link. I clicked on the link and signed in but after that screen showing Page not Found. Forwarding the screenshot of the same. I’ve uploaded the e signed documents. But I am unable to open countdown Accenture link.

Please Help.
