Myself shachi, an ex employee of accenture solutions private limited (Employee id :[protected] worked for the company for 1 year 10 months. After the wait time of 60 days i applied for pf withdrawal from the company through the offline forms and process and sent all the details attached in the post to the bandra location of the office.
I regret to say that, it's been an year there is no response from the pf team and i am forced to bring this into your notice. I have been sending email about the progress to the pf team in bandra location but there seems no help or progress from them since they don't respond and if they respond they keep saying the status is in process.
In recent times, they have been saying we need to wait more to get our money. But they dont give proper response to us.
As per my knowledge the pf withdrawal is asking for the urgency of money after the resignation. But, here its an year we are not able to get our money. So we are forced to complaint here and ask for the help.
Also, accenture company has not sent any of our money to the epfo. But tells us that they are having issues with our account with regard to epfo department. Not even able to contact any hr or finance team.
