Accenture — PF transfer issue since last 4 years

I am accenture alumnus and facing some issue regarding PF transfer. I have written multiple times to the Exit team .
Everytime they ask me to wait for few months and then till financial year closing and then they close my ticket without resolving the issue.

We have already submitted pension error clarification documents to PF office for corrections of the EPS error same will be rectified only after annual accounting (PF Financial year is Mar to Feb, hence annual accounting will be completed by APRIL-2019 month). Post approval of the EPS error from pf office, we will share the mail communication to your email id and after that you can re-submit the online PF transfer claim request in UAN portal. Hence we request you to kindly co-operate with us till APRIL month for further update.

The concern team is preparing the pension clarification letter and same will be completed shortly. No action is required from your end. This whole process may take end of Jan 2019. Request you to wait until that.
