Took captioned policy and requested company to furnish hospitals covered in my place of living as also details of benefits and etc but no response from them.

At the time of introducing policy, i was informed that the insurer can avail hospitalisation at my place of living. When asked in specific name the institutions so that i can follow accordingly when need be. Against the insured amount four persons are eligible for availing benefits and when i told i am three to which got reply against fourth card myself can write name and start using. When i insisted for list of hospitals available no reply and passed on to another one called arjun but i observed that the voice of both same simply changed name and started fooling. When i raised the same issue again i got reply stating that i can avail treatm/consultation either at krishnagiri or bangalore which 50 kms away from my place of living. Does the a2h expect a senior itizen of age 80 and another 70 to travel that muh distance. When you dont have tie up with hospitals at my place of living (Hosur) why have you extended scheme and collected rs.9980/-. Further he stated while explaining the sheme, that a2h have tie-up with ity bank to extend the scheme to senior city card holders. When contacted citibank they categorically denied and have no su ch tie up with a2h this is a fradulent statement to cheat card holders. I therefore request that the a2h may be directed to refund rs.9980/- as it will be too difficult to travel 100 kms for medical attention @ 9980/- tag whereas this is available at my living place.
