They had called to our landline number and my dad was explained about health insurance from this company access 2 health care. They had asked for otp number and since it was from citi bank he had shared. 9980 was taken from account. They had given all cards etc but no where they are accepting this. Pls help us on this fraudulent case. We have filed a case in the police and they closed saying bank cannot do anything about it.
