I took the gold plan of rs.9980/- on 4th october 2019. Till now i did not receive any communication from the company. They told me they will take emi of rs.832/- per month. But they took the whole money and there is no response. This company is purely fraud and are cheaters. I am trying to contact them, but no response. They had called to our landline number and my dad was explained about health insurance from this company access 2 health care. They had asked for otp number and since it was from citi bank he had shared. 9980 was taken from account. They had given all cards etc but no where they are accepting this. Pls help us on this fraudulent case. We have filed a case in the police and they closed saying bank cannot do anything about it....
