Acer — acer iconia b1 continuous problems

Hello i ahve acer iconia b1 A71 tablet .its not working properly . i have gone to the service centre many times .after 15 days of my vist to service centre my tab again gets some problems . total 10 months and i have visited the service centre 7 times, whenever i am sainng them to exchange the tab they give a number which no one picks .I request you to please see on this case my mail id is sanjana.[protected]@gmail.com
