I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Acer India for my Acer 80cm V Pro TV.
On 26th June 2025, I raised a complaint regarding my TV.
A technician visited and informed me that the motherboard needs replacement. He assured me it would be fixed within 7–10 days.
Since then, I have been calling Acer Customer Care every week, and every time I get the same response: “Please wait for next week.”
Even after almost 2 months, Acer has not provided the replacement part, and my TV is lying like a dead box in my home.
This endless delay is causing me mental stress and shows a lack of commitment towards customers. A global brand like Acer must value its customers and resolve service issues within a reasonable time.
Desired Resolution:
Immediate replacement of the motherboard or a new replacement TV.
A clear timeline and action from Acer without further delays.
