I submitted a request for Order ID - OD[protected] on Flipkart on December 8, 2024. However, a month later, on January 8, 2025, it was rejected. I contacted customer support and they informed me that Acer had rejected the return request. They provided me with Acer's contact information, but it was invalid. The contact then forwarded me another number, which was also invalid. has now been 12 days since then, and the technician from Acer did not come to inspect the product as scheduled on December 22.
issues are as follows:
1. The display has a yellowish tint (similar to Reading mode on a smartphone but always on), which is very disturbing.
2. The build quality is extremely poor; I have no confidence it will last even year.
3. The battery charger and other accessories are from a third-party company called BSY.
4. The fans are excessively loud, like a jet engine, even when using just the browser.
5. The battery backup is terrible.
6. The RAM is 1600 instead of 3200, and the processor only works at full capacity when plugged in.
Frankly, I am. Please send someone to collect the laptop and process the refund as I have already ordered a new one. The laptop is in great condition since I have hardly used it.
