Dear sir,
This is to inform you we have purchased Tv online from flipkart 0n[protected]. and product got delivered on[protected]. and installation date was on[protected] person visited to install but Tv is not getting ON and no power supply. and for same i have raise complaint to acer customer care on 12th regarding the issue.request you to please look into it and process for refund or exchange products.
