I purchased a laptop from flipkart on 4th of august, 20 and the display just blacked out on 26th of august, 20, within 22 days. I went to the service center and got to know it had a manufacturing defect as a board inside the laptop was defective. The service center told me it will take 15 days for the new part to come so i kept waiting and after 15 days they told me the new part also had some fault so it will again take 15 days for a new part. So basically i paid 53000 for a defective laptop? I seriously need a replacement as it had just been 22 days i used it and it just got shut. I am facing a lot of problems for my work and even frustrated because i have to run to the service center for the laptop. I need an immediate replacement for this product because it may have more manufacturing faults which i not know right now. I have mailed acersupport but no response was received. And even the call centre people were unable to help me.. So please look into this matter and provide me with a solution for this situation. Replacement is required.
