I bought an acer laptop from paytm mall. Serial number acer a315-p4cr (Un. Gntsi.002) Laptop motherboard stopped working after using 3 to 4 times, complaint lodged on 30 aug, complaint number 2845043i. Till date nothing has been done to replace the motherboard, the fraud people just keep saying that motherboard is out of stock, never ever buy acer products guys, they are bad products with zero service Was this information helpful? | |
