Acer India — complain for service center for not providing proper service | |||
I have submitted my application laptop in tpm in creative omg infotech pvt ltd allahabad during the start of august as their was system faliure but it's 19 october and they have not provided my laptop back in working condition. My laptop was under warrenty as i bought it last year in diwali still neither they are diagnosing its problem nor they are providing me new laptop. They are just avoiding it from 2 months. I have my semester and project to deal with and i need laptop urgent please provide me some help from your side so that i can get my laptop back as soon as possible. Lap Top Battery gets down after full charge. It has been checked by company Engineer and the complaint is still there kindly send an Engineer or The companymay replace the batteryby new battery
