Acer India — Extreme delay in laptop repairing | |||
Approximately 3 months back i bought acer nitro 5 laptop. On july 24 it stopped working so i registered a compliant on 27 july. The engineer came to visit 15 days after i registered the compliant to replace the keyboard but after checking he realised that the problem is in motherboard and he told me it would take 2-3 business days to change the motherboard. But since then there is no update of changing my motherboardThe online portal is showing awaiting spares. Its almost 2 month since my laptop stopped working. As i am an engineering student i am in dire need of laptop otherwise my whole semester would be wasted and it will effect my cgpa. Now i started realising that my 55k is wasted on buying acer product. My compliant id is-3598431I SNID-[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
