Acer India — laptop acer aspire 5 repaired 3 times within the warranty period and not working now | |
I have ordered this acer aspire 5 laptop through flipkart and dispatch dated on 14/2/2019, it has been repaired three times with in the warranty period and the laptop is not functioning now and seems to be a manufacturing defect product, i found this laptop worthless and unfit for the operations, the same is suffering innumerable defects such as manufacturing and defective mother board, so i kindly request you to substitute with a new one Due to covid 19 i was stopped from making a claim within the specific limit. The laptop continuously stopped functioning from 10.02.2020, as per the supreme court decision dated 8.5.2020 right to default on limitation stands suspended during corona virus period please note Waiting for your response asap Was this information helpful? | |
