Acer India — non attending the pc against warranty failure

I have mailed the complaint on 28.08.2017 and the case id 2398685i generated on 29.08.2017 but till date no technician has attended to this office for rectification of the computer even though a passage of 72 hours. The office work is badely hampered. Do needful action immediately, this is very poor response to attend the warranty.

I brought a laptop by amazonon date 16/08/2016.price of 17990 but acer product is not work and amozon and acer not deal me to replace this product .do not by though amazon and acer product.i request you to please replace my laptop
