Acer India — one acer monitor was not working within warranty period

I invite your kind attention that, we bought a new monitor from your company on october 2016. Since 16/09/2017 the monitor is not working. So i registered my complaint through online on 18/09/2017 (Complaint register no 2427009i). They respond immediately, then the service man came on 20/09/2017 and replaced the monitor. At the time of replace the monitor i noticed that the new montor display is green in colour and one single white dotted line shown in the bottom of the screen. I asked the service man about this, but he did not gave any clarification. But unfortunately today onwards the new monitor have arise some problem, white line display on the top and bottom of the screen. Then the screen become white in colour. The newly supplied monitor manufactures date on nov 2014. So i request you to kindly replace the monitor (New one) as early as possible.
