Acer India — refund or replace | |||
I purchased an acer laptop (A515-51g-5673) from flipkart on dt 14/09/2019 and after twelve days the laptop is having issues related to booting and it's not getting start-up. While complaining to flipkart they stated that their returning policy of ten days is over so they can't do anything and closed my complaint without my issue being resolved. Then i complained to acer service center and one engineer also visited and diagnosed the issue is of keyboard replacement but till now nothing has been done. I'm mentally harassed by flipkart and acer company and now i want my money to be refunded. Was this information helpful? | |||

New laptop bought on 3rd september, is not working from the second week.registered case with case id 3306074i. Contacted shop, acer, service centre.didint got proper solutions.no repairs no replacements.still have to pay monthly emi.

It has been a few days I am not able to type on my keyboard. I'm not able to fix it. It's within the warranty date and so I request you to fix the problem as soon as possible. I contacted the nearest customer centre and they asked me to register my complaint and generate a complaint id . I hope my laptop will get serviced at free cost.
