I have ordered an acer extensa laptop ( Order id: OD[protected] in flipkart and it was delivered on 11th october 2023.The prodct was defective, completely dead. So i asked for replacement but in flipkart website there were only return and refund option showing, so as per the instruction from flipkart team i ordered another product of same price and same seller. Technician visit has completed 2 times and i have submitted the DOA letter/number in flipkart. Now 1 month is completed and there is no response from flipkart team. I have already contacted flipkart team more than 100 times regarding this. I need refund for this laptop immediately
