I've applied for act new connection on 08.06.2020, i paid rs. 8390 in advance for the connection, i've waited 15 days for the connection and nothing happened and customer care people always used to say your issue will be resolved in 48 hours and nothing happened.
On 25.06.2020, i've requested for the refund and till this date, ie is 08.07.2020 the amount is not credited back to my account and in between i got two message from act saying that your re-fund issue has been resolved, after getting each message i have to re-open the refund ticket calling the customer care.
Now it has been 14 days after my refund request still it's not happened. Was this information helpful? |
