Act — Maintenance work of other connections brought down my connection

29th Nov - ACT cable repair guys came to our doorstep and said they changing cables, we told them not to perform any maintenance as it is a working day. So they left.

30th Nov - without any notice they have undertaken maintenance and rewiring and they left from my street and my internet has stopped working in the middle of the work day.

Within 10minutes of them leaving the street I submitted a complaint and they said they will arrange a call back from the assigned field work person Prithviraj. But never got a call back and later status was changed to local connection issue and pushed to next day.

SR[protected] unnecessary recabling done on street that has impacted my internet connection.

This is highly acceptable that knowingly they are creating issues for other connections during cabling.
It has impacted my work day and I need damages and penalty to be paid by ACT. They take users for granted and have no seriousness about uptime availability to consumers.
