Hello,

I applied for the new connection for the mobile number [protected] on
Date: 26th May'22 with Citibank transaction numbers: 369750.

Amount INR 4195

I asked the amount to be transferred to the existing account A/c number:[protected]. However even after multiple follow ups, the transfer has not been completed.

This is the SMS i got for my new application.

Dear[protected], The Work Order WO[protected] status is
Cancelled. Regards, ACT

Please transfer the amount to my existing number and resolve the complaint.
