Act — Data Usage Fraud

I installed the act fiber net services on[protected] today is[protected]
The data usge is showing 50.2 GB. It is a work wifi so only work is done and work is done using remote desktop so there is no chance in using 50.2 GB in 5 days. when using mobile data only it took only about 2 GB per day max for working how can the usage be above 30 GB when i could use 12GB data for three months with a GB per day pack? please address the fraud or else will Lodge a police complaint against you. dont give silly reasons about i have definitely used 50 GB data in 5 days that is 10GB per day i have all the data usage details in a seperate app and software.
