I have prepaid an annual fee for high speed internet from act, bangalore.
They have disconnected my prepaid service since 28th may 2020. Complaints raised are getting auto closed and no one is helping with reactivation of the connection.
This is very cheap way to do business after taking payment of entire year. Normally they disconnect network for 1 day every week by giving some excuse. But this time it crossed some boundaries by denying service more than 10 days.
Act has provided no update to me for the reason of such disconnection or when services would be restored. They have not even bothered to reach out customers affected or apologize.
