Act — Fake data consumption

I am active act customer from last 5 years in bangalore register with mobile number [protected].
From last few months i observed that act app is showing false data consumption.
Even i have after upgrading the plan and fup of 500 gb. This crap act app is showing "you have consumed your data limit". I mean how can i consume 1000gb data in a month by only doing office work and watching few tv show.
So i raise complain to act customer care, they create ticket regarding issue but did not resolve it till now. I raised ticket multiple time but every time they create ticket and best part close ticket without solving issue.

Pathetic service by act. They should respect people hard earned money show some professionalism
