ACT Fibernet — act fibernet no internet connectivity

I am unable to use internet since 26/05/2020 in hegde nagar bangalore. A complain has been raised with request number sr[protected] on 26/05/2020 for the same. I got a call back on 28/05/2020 by a technician who said there was some damage in the fiber optic cable which caused this issue, and now it has been fixed. But the act switch had some issue which the technician would repair within an hour. No one showed up till today, after multiple complaints. I called up to the customer care executives at least 50 times, always ending up with same response that it will be resolved within 24 hours and it has been escalated. But no one ever called up or fixed the issue. It’s been already 10 days without any action. This is a prepaid connection where an amount of rs.7500 has been made, and now they started playing with consumers. Please take an action against these ridiculously insane organisation.
