[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — Failed to provide new connection

I registered and paid for a 6 months subscription of ACT broadband in the month of January. I did the payment after ensuring an engineer does a site visit and completes the feasibility check. To my surprise when the site engineer came for installation, he said connection is not possible. Subsequently i raised a request for cancellation and refund. I have been following up with customer care continuously and there has been no resolution.
Now, they have closed the case without any resolution and i cannot even reach out to customer care as the customer ID is deactivated. I feel cheated and want any prospect to take care. They can commit anything upfront to make a sale and the consumer will suffer.
