Hi,
I purchased a new connection via act app on 24th of september 2020 (See attached pictures for details). After days without any response, i called customer care and was informed that the sales team will contact me the next day and resolve the issue. As that never materialised, i called them again and asked for cancellation. Have sent an email to their help desk and still haven’t received a response their either. Kindly, process my cancellation and provide refund of 1828 inr as soon as possible. Thanks.
Timeline of incidents:
24 sep: paid 1828 via act app for a new connection in the morning.
26 sep: called to check the status and was informed i’ll get a call from sales team by tomorrow.
27 sep: the tomorrow passed without any response, so called again and was informed i’ll get the connection by monday.
29 sep: sent email to the help desk regarding the cancellation.
30 sep: received an email asking for my account id and rmn. Replied to that email with the requested details.
6 oct: sent a follow up email.
8 oct: raised a complaint in consumer complaints.in
