[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — Complaint to Nodal Officer about NON Existent Dues

Right from 2018 I am having ACT broadband connection. My present package is under Connection ID :[protected] Package : CHN Blast Promo 6+2 .
During Feb 2022, As I my son was arriving from US and he needed a separate Broad Band Connection for his temporary period of stay. Hence I sent an email to the ACT Nodal Officer dated 05/02/2022, specifically asking for an additional connection for 3 months only. On the Nodal Office instructions ACT personnel visited and immediately gave ACT Storm connection No.[protected] on 05/02/2022 in the First Floor of my house. On that day itself I have paid three months' charges in full. When the three months' time of the package time was nearing I received few sms messages from ACT asking me to renew.
AS at the time of getting the connection I had clearly asked for 3 months' connection only, thinking that after the expiry of the package period the connection will be disconnected, I remained silent. But when the pestering SMS messages about disconnection and dues etc., were received, I sent my above referred Email Dated 31/05/2022. In response to this mail dated 31/05/2022 one lady official talked to me over phone. When I explained to her my position she assured me that after 2 days no annoying sms asking dues would come to me.
But now the above referred message has been sent by ACT talking about old outstanding dues etc.,
I had specifically written to the Nodal Officer, ACT Chennai on 05/02/2022 about my requirement of additional broadband connection for 3 months only. I paid the three months' charges before getting the connection. You can verify from your end that I have not used the broadband at all after the package time was over. My request for additional connection only for 3 months is ample proof. None of the SMS messages can be replied as they were under no-reply code. After receiving such No-Reply Sms I sent my email dated 31.05.2022. Hence i requested the Nodal Officer vide my Email dt. 06th Sep 2022 to disconnect the connection, if not already done and do not demand any due from me as ACT have not asked me whether I wanted to renew the temporary ACT Storm 3 months connection package or not. On my complaint ACT first raised one complaint ticket SR[protected] vide their Reply Mail dated 07/09/2022. Then came a sms message that it was taking longer to resolve and the issue and revised time of 10th Sep 2022 was given. It was not resolved. Hence I again sent an Email to the nodal officer chennai on 14/09/2022. To this again a New complaint Ticket No.SR[protected] was raised on 15/09/2022 and then a sms message informed that the matter will be resolved by 17/09/2022. No further information from ACT. They are actually harassing me for a non existent due and not resolving the issue within the slated times.

One lady officer talked over phone. Talked about their technical billing terminology. I told my position that there was no dues payable by me . She offered or indicated no solution. She cut the call telling she will write to her Head Office. Immediately after that an SMS message came to me telling that a ticket was closed. They are doing this time and again. No Resolution of the issue. Dragging buy closing the Complaint ticket without resolving the issue. They are seemingly bent upon fleecing the gullible customers. They try annoy and irritate the customers with non existent dues. They have again opened a new ticket no SR[protected] is also opened. They are not resolving the issue but are clinging to their own technical jorgan . Please advise them suitably.
