ACT Fibernet — Delayed Installation

We have paid the complete amount on friday for the installation of the wifi and it's been 4 days yet no installation happened till date. We contacted them yesterday demanding the refund and they asked for one last chance and today we are waiting at home for them to install and they did the same. No installation, no updates. And we had to call today as well for the refund and they made us sit till night saying that the installation is on the way. And at night they are initiating the refund as they were not able to get the installation done. The most irresponsible service that i have even seen till now.
