[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Double payment done because of customer now not refunding my amount

I have made a payment for broadband connection at 13th Jan 2022. But till 15th Jan 2022 it not reflected as paid in my account. So i called customer care, so they said like your payment is not done, if amount debited you ll get refund within 7 days so you have to pay again otherwise the company will put extra charge for late payment. So i recharged it again. After that I got message like two time my account got recharged. From Feb am going to shift from Chennai to my native due to work from home. So i just need this for only one month. But customer care telling like you won't get refund i[censored] want use it for next two months. Am going to stay only one month, without need how can I use it for 2 months. They said like even you disconnect the connection you won't get the amount refunded like this. They only forced me to pay again that my amount will be refunded. But now forcing me to waste my one more month money. I need refund
