ACT Fibernet — Escalation - URGENT

Shifting request was given on 18th of September,
On 21st all cables were installed and I was asked to open login page and signin.

Login page says,
" You are logging in from another location, please login from your registered location."

I am sick and tired about complaining the same to every customer support representative

I have been told that there is no empty port on the junction box.
I adviced and requested a new switch to be installed just for me,
I was ready to pay 2500/- for it as requested, but they never did the same.

I have been continuously following up every single day with

And his manager

Ramesh Devanapalli - [protected]

But, none of them are interested in fixing the issue.

I have had people come over 10 times to take a look and then disappear and never return or even call to inform what happened
I've even been put on blocklist by these techs bcz I've been constantly pestering them for help.

Please note, that this is not a request, but a demand of the customer,
You are not providing the services I'm paying for.
I am facing issues at work because of this
And I'm going to reach out to the ombudsman and whistleblowers.
I am also going to publically inform all this information on news channels.
Because, of the laziness and tardiness of your tech ACT is no longer a Good satisfying ISP.

Same this is happening with me
ACT Team. Highly unprofessional and unreliable. I made the mistake of getting ACT connection on 25th of August 2022 and since day 1 there has been disconnection of service everyday around 10 am and is gone for most of the day. The customer care is extremely unprofessional, they don't care about the customers complaints and disregard us. Every day at the end of the day they close the ticket claiming the problem is resolved and then the same story the next day.

They have charged me for 3 months in advance and I have not been able to use the connection for a full day since the time it has been given. I just want my money to be refunded except for the limited usage for which I am still willing to pay though ACT does not deserve it.
My ACT customer for years but I regret now. For past one week I don't have my ACT fibernet working ticket is being raised in the portal. Everyday it is keep changing the resolution date but no solution yet. Precisely my net is not working from 9/Dec till date. I am trying to reach customer care number very hard to reach them if at all reached no proper ETA being given. Till date none from ACT called us gave a proper issue and ETA for it. Every bad I want to disconnect from ACT T.Nagar, Chennai and move to some better connection. JFYI, I have paid for entire year.
