[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — faulty router replacement

We took a connection for 6 months and got a free router which was a faulty router. We raised a complaint on aug 14 2018 for replacement, support staff came and took the faulty router on aug 15 and promised us a replacement in 2 days. On august 19, we raised another complaint with customer care for replacement of the router. How ever no action has been taken till date ie, around 18 days. Every time we call customer care, they promise us to resolve the issue in next 2 days but no action has been taken for last 18 days.
