Since 14.11.2024 network connection disconnected. I have raised a complaint ticket through act application. But still no proper response. And also I called customer care toll free number. Executive told that they give extend estimation time.
Yet to problem not resolved. Service not provided.

Updated by joicep I have paid for seven month amount. I ask to refund for remaining month. But executive refused to refund the remaining month amount.
