I had very bad experience from last 6th months. Every month am facing disconnection of internet and on calling frequently you people take action, but not on single call.
This is negative feedback wanted to give you people.
But this time, it was beyond my limit. From past 4 days i didn't had Internet connection. I raise a ticket calling on regular bases. Even Though no action has been taken from your end. I would have compromise if its matter of one day, but this is high time which give me very bad experience. Just assume if we customer use your internet for one extra day, you people charge for that. But here we are fool to wait for you internet connection even after paying entire amount.
Even after calling to customer executive, never get suitable response and kept my issue on hold and delayed for these days.
I just wanted you to refund my amount for these 4 days without any fail, as i didn't use internet for these days and made my office work pending and had very bad impact on my office work.
SO LOOK INTO THIS AND JUDGE GENUINELY (REFUNDING AMOUNT).
