ACT Fibernet — Frequent internet Disconnection, Very Poor Service, Delay in resolving issues

I have taken ACT connection ID[protected] on 27 SEP 25, CHN AMZ Streaming 6M MESH and paid in advance 9k for 6months. The commitment was to provide a good and stable internet, so paid 6months in advance for latest MESh router. There are issues identified in first 2 weeks and complained about
1. network failure, 2. frequent disconnection, 3. unstable internet, 4. no power back, 5. improver router bandwidth config.
I am unable to work with this type of frequent disconnections
If ACT cannot provide stable internet connection, taking more than a month to resolve. i want justice and request to refund my money back.
