Hi this is my user id[protected] i've placed multiple complaints for net not working but no response was shown. They promised me that they will install the GX with in a day after paying for it wen I called their customer care to place a request for GX box they said sorry for mis guiding sir it's a three days procedure but we'll try to finish it before that after three days wen I called they were telling me to wait 24 hrs after that they dragged the issue for ten days and no issue till now. I wonder if they even have sufficient staffs and those staffs know about their company and the stock of components like WiFi and things which they sell. It's highly irresponsible and don care nature of the company. When their competitors are offering plans better than them for a lower price they should work hard on atleast maintaining their existing customer. New customers will love Act for their blazing upload and download speed . But once u land on a real problem other than occasional network down their speed will be slower than tortoise on land . They absolutely have no communication between their teams and the higher executives in customer care won't be available most of the time. I wish I stopped and thought about paying to act . I wanted to be a faithful customer but they are just forcing me to switch isp and go.. totally vexed with act and their customer service. They may just loose a customer now but if they continue their good work lik this they start to shed weight. Thank u act not oly ur speed is incredible ur service and promises which your customer relationship team makes is also incredible.
