[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Incompetent service with high subscription ACT charges

I live in Banashankari 2nd stage (Bangalore) using ACT broadband internet for past 2 years. I am frustrated to be stuck with ACT's incompetent service. Their availability and uptime is pathetic with frequent outages. Their Nodal and Appellate teams never address the root cause and always do a cover-up on service unavailability complaints.

Besides frequent outages due to ACT's own internal network faults, they do not provide proper battery backup which causes outages during power failures.

ACT's frequent outages impacts school children attending classes and taking exams as well as people WFH. Their staff have an attitude they are providing free service. It is frustrating that the only other provider in our area is BSNL with ow speeds. ACT is taking things for granted in our area.
