[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — internet being charged but not upgraded | |||||
I have been complaining to act for my internet connection which is for 100 mbps but working at 30 mbps. I've been complaining for the last 5 days they have acknowledged that the router needs to be changed but are not doing so. Their service has gone down very badly. They only listen to the complaint but do nothing. I have complained atleast 8 times in the last 5 days. Was this information helpful? | |||||
