ACT Fibernet — Internet not working

Again my net connection is out of service. Worst to the core service from ACT. Is this the way the customer service is being done. Already no connection last week again restored after 2 days again out of service. Please disconnect my connection and confirm. Frustrated with ACT. Very Very Poor Service. Please see my service record. Today i paid my bill also but still connection is out of service. No permanent solution provided by the Service engineers.
