ACT Fibernet — Internet not working

Address: 1008, Lancor Infinys, Medavakkam Main Road, Keelkattlai.

My internet is not working since 01-11-25 night 9 pm. I have given complaint through the helpline and they told me that they will solve before 9 pm on 2-11-25, but nobody even called me.

Reporting to the nodal officer does not have any response. No rectification done.

On 3-11-25, they have called me on 1 pm and told me that they will come at 2.30 pm but he called me at 8 pm and asked if they can come to repair at night. I refused.

Still now on 4-11-25 internet is not working. No mail from any one from ACT
