ACT Fibernet — internet not working from past 1 week

It's been a week that my internet is not working and i have also raised a ticket SR[protected]. In my apartment, other users of ACT Fibernet are able to access the internet.

The issue with electricity department was already fixed, it's been resolved with government 10 days back. I have checked with other service providers.

The response from the customer care is a standard statement: Working with Electricity department to resolve the issue. Which is incorrect.

This is impacting my work. and the technical persons are not responding to the phone (They gave their mobile numbers earlier to call if any issues)
