I have raised a complaint SR[protected] today (16/6/2020) on No internet service as well as wifi router configuration issue. Since no action has been taken and not received any call from ACT support personnel, i have called the customer care executive number. After a long struggle, i was able to reach out a customer care personnel, and she informed me that my issue can be taken as high priority as it is the repeated issue for second time in 2 days. But unfortunately, they closed the ticket without either giving any resolution or fix.
So i have contacted customer care personnel (again after a long struggle), and asked on what basis the ticket has been closed? No proper answer. And they are giving any resolution also.
two days ago (14/6/2020) also i had the same kind of issue, the customer care personnel told me within 24 hours it will be fixed (before 15/6/2020, 6 PM). but no technical personnel contacted me though i have reminded 4 times the customer care personnel. Till 5 P.M on that day no one called me, again i called customer care, and yelled them, after that they assigned some one for the issue and sorted it out.
Again today same issue, raised a ticked, but without providing resolution, the ticket has been closed. No reopening the ticket again. Was this information helpful? |
