We are sorry to inform you that!I got mail from act we aren’t ready to give a connection if you don’t keep box in your home, I have been saying since long to Keep the box in my home for my connection only; we aren’t ready to give others' links from our package, we kept 2-3 years that box in my house. During that time your service members didn't inform us to put a new connection almost 5-6 links from my home! They directly entered into my house and gave several new network connections. You think we are the only family to provide for box facility, why don’t you ask others in the community ?! Are you running for customers favourable or your local network rowdies? What cheap politics from your team members. Why didn’t you inform me when I took your connection first time a few years ago that we need to have a box installed . I have proofs stating that the box of yours is using lot of electricity . I have been paying excess electricity bill when that box was installed in our house . If you want to put up connections to some one elses house you can install your box in that house
