ACT Fibernet — New connection cancellation and refund SR[protected]

I booked the connection on December 31st 2024 online using their app and paid the 6 months advance rental plan of 400Mbps. They call to get the online document collection and confirmed the payment is done. After that, nobody contacted me till now and I had to book a new connection with different provider.
Now whenever I call, they say the workorder is still open and till it's closed, I won't get the refund. This is ridiculous. How long it will take to close the workorder and process the refund.
I had written to their helpdesk looping in their COO (Mr. Navneet), they all are least bothered to help.
Also, ACT DOES NOT HAVE NODAL or APPELLETTE team to escalate. Everything has to go through their help desk. I need my money back.
