ACT Fibernet — No internet connection, GX box not provided and service request closed without resolution

I am using ACT internet for more than 5 years. My connection got disconnected one week back as my neighbor not allowing wires to the connection box in their house. I raised a complaint and one of the ACT team suggested for GX box and they told approval is received as I am using ACT for five years, but after that no response. Another ACT team called and forcing me to close the ticket without resolution, else forcing to disconnect the connection. More than a week now no internet connection and GX box connection also not provided. Will I get my connection back with GX box?
