Hi i am user of act beam internet service provider,

I am using beam internet in a. S. Rao nagar, ecil, hyderabad.
My plan is 40 mbps / a - max 650.

Whenever i want to download (5.4 gb) something like xcode 9 version from apple.com in safari browser in mac mini system.

The download takes 30 to 40 minutes and it shows the downloading speed is 2 mbps per second.

I am not satisfying your service why you are saying like we are providing 40 mbps with so called amount and some x gb data.

I have a doubt on your service, is your company really provide the 40 mbps speed what you promise to the customers (Me).

Or any problem with apple site.

I want to talk to your customer care it is continuous engage,
So how can we reach yours whenever we are facing problems.

Actual downloading speed in 2mbps only.

So what can we do about this and how can i get my 40 mbps speed and when it is possible for yours.
