[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — Not refunding the deposit after disconnected

I had discontinued the ACT connection in March 2021 due to covid situation. Every time I raise a refund request for my deposit amount, it will get closed within 5 hours. I call the customer care, the will reopen the ticket and it will get closed soon. I want my money back. It is not easy for us to earn that money. This is happening for most of the people out there who had discontinued the connection and raised a refund request. We want our money back.
