ACT Fibernet — not responding to my disconnection request

I sent a request to disconnect my connection on 13th february 2019 (I wanted to stop my services by 28th feb). So they asked me to send a mail two days before the day i wanted my services to be stopped and promised that the services will be stopped within 24 hours of receiving the email. So i sent the another mail on 26th february 2019. But they didn't disconnect and now i have been billed for the month of march.
